INGREDIENTS
makes approximately 6 jars

227 grams or 8 ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
270 grams (1 cup) creamy peanut butter
110 grams (1 cup) powdered sugar
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
227 grams or 8 ounces whipped cream (I was lazy and just bought a can)
100 grams (3/4 cup) graham cracker crumbs
55 grams (2 tablespoons) melted butter
658 grams or 1.5 8 ounce bags mini peanut butter cups, chopped in fourths

INSTRUCTIONS
In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. 

Mix butter into the graham cracker crumbs with a fork. Add 3 tablespoons of graham cracker crumb mixture to the bottom of the jars.

Then make 2 layers of peanut butter filling, whipped cream and mini peanut butter cups. I found it easiest to pipe both the peanut butter filling and the whipped cream.
