GoT: Khal Drogonuts

If I could spend time in bottle, the first thing I'd like to do, is to save every day 'til eternity passes away to eat these donuts. Is that not how the song goes? Eh, close enough.

DONUT INGREDIENTS
140 grams (1 cup) all-purpose flour
100 grams (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 egg
115 grams (1/2 cup) milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp vegetable oil

CHURRO TOPPING INGREDIENTS
57 grams (¼ cup) butter, melted
100 grams (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon

CHOCOLATE SAUCE INGREDIENTS
3 tsp corn starch
288 grams (1¼ cup) milk
50 grams chocolate
sugar, to taste

DONUT INSTRUCTIONS
Sift dry ingredients together. Add egg, vanilla, and milk and beat 1 minute with electric mixer.

Add oil and continue to beat 1 minute more.

If using a donut maker, fill and bake donuts according to your donut maker. This is the donut maker I have. It was a cheap, impulse buy around Christmas a couple years ago. I'm SURE there are better ones out there.

If using a donut baking tin, spoon the batter into baking tin. Place in oven preheated to 350 F and bake for 8-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into donut comes out clean. Take out of the oven and allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before taking out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

CHURRO TOPPING INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl, melt butter. In another small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Brush each doughnut with butter and sprinkle with (or roll in) sugar-cinnamon mixture.

CHOCOLATE SAUCE INSTRUCTIONS
Combine corn starch with some milk. In a saucepan, heat milk and chocolate until chocolate is melted. Add cornflour mixture gradually, cooking over a low heat. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens. Sweeten to taste.
